Physical Journal

Eating Disorder Recovery Journal

A physical  journal you can hold, write in and come back to on the hard days.

This journal was created from my own experience of going through an eating disorder, the thoughts, the overwhelm and the moments that felt really hard to put into words.

It's designed to give you a calm, supportive space where you can write freely, understand what you're feeling and take a step back from everything going on in your head.

Inside you'll find thoughtful prompts and guided pages to help you reflect, build awareness and gently support yourself through the ups and downs of recovery.

There's no pressure to do this perfectly, it's simply a space that's yours, where you can be honest, take things at your own pace and feel a little less alone in it all.

Fear Food Recovery Journal

Physical Journal

Facing fear foods can feel like one of the hardest parts of recovery. The thoughts, the anxiety, the build up around trying fear foods. It not as simple as just eating it. This journal was created to support you through that process in a way that feels manageable  and not overwhelming.

It's a space to come back to before, during and after facing a fear food.

What's included inside:

Dedicated pages for each fear food, where you can record what you tried (Put a photo in or draw it), the date, your thoughts and how it felt.

Monthly overview pages to look back on the foods you've faced and see how far you've come.

Gentle prompts to help you prepare.

Supportive reminders to come back to when it feels to much.

A way to recognise progress, even when it feels small.

It's about taking small steps at your own pace and having something there to support you through it. Even thinking about starting is a step and that counts.
